I’ll provide an honest assessment of whether your idea is solid and if moving forward on your own or with a general contractor is the best approach. My goal isn’t to sell you my services, but to give you peace of mind that your project is viable and well-founded before you invest heavily your time and effort. Detailed Estimate Package
$1200/project. I’ll scope out the project and send out bid packages to sub-contractors for the work involved in your project so you have a detailed idea of what your idea will cost. If you use my services, the cost will be discounted on the final invoice.
New Construction or Remodel
